Life in Metro

You might think how can Life in metro connect with the relationships? yes, we can connect this to relationship. Metro here means the metropolitan cities. These days the relationships in the metro are sensitive, as we adopt with the fast life we forget the importance of relationships.
The relationship has lost importance in people's life. People don't get time for themselves. People with them will of course find difficult to spend time with them. These days the parent and children communication has become so weak that they use phone to communicate each other staying in the same house. This will lead to reduce the attachment between family and again the family relationship will not be so important to the people.
In olden days a special importance was given to the family. They used to have their food together sitting in a big hal but these days rarely we find such scenario. Our ancestors got this rule to maintain the good relationship in the family.
Usually our second family will be our friends. These days we don't even have time for them. People forget to make friends these days. Before when we get a break we used to spend time with our family and friends but these day we just want to take rest. We have kept limits for ourselves.
If this continuous people may forget about the relation. It may be with family or friends. We may meet people by video calls or so on.
According to me as young people we should change. We should learn to built relationship. Make our time table in such away that we have time both for professional and personal life. If we want to make this possible the organization should give regular breaks or conduct programs which leads to built and develop relationship. The effort should be made from both the sides. Life in Metro should be beautiful and not stressful.

Television & Housewife

Can a non living thing and living thing have a good relationship with each other? Will a non living thing be a good partner of a housewife? Does it change the mentality of a housewife? All these question can be answered with an example of television and housewife.
Here non living thing is referred to a television and living thing is the housewife. The number of housewife who don't go to job are very few these days. All the ladies prefer to go for a job than sitting at home. This article mainly concentrate on the ladies who don't go to job. When the ladies sit alone at their residents after their work they prefer watching Television.
When the housewives start watching television a bonding is built between them. Here I would like to quote an example. Husband comes back after an Tiring day, wife will be in front of the television, husband asks his wife a glass of water, wife's replies , "now I am watching television wait for a while I will give ". Here we can notice how important a non living thing is for a housewife.
When these ladies get addicted to the television it acts as a partner to them. How ? Is the question here, we see many programs in the television, few channels provide live shows were ladies participate actively. There will be few recorded shows they will gain knowledge from it, when we think of daily soaps ladies try to compare their life. When they do this continuously the television becomes the best partner. These days we can see shows in which counselling will be given this will help them to solve their problems in their lives. So television acts as all time friend to the ladies.
My last question was , does it change the mentality of the housewives? Yes, it changes. Television play a vital role in their lives. Positive programs like education, health, news, cookery shows, art and craft gives knowledge and creates positive on their minds. But there are few shows which creates negativity in their mentality.
It depends on the housewives how they take it. Television can be a very good friend of a housewife by Adopting the positive factors. This will also help them to improve their personal life. By keeping the two factors aside we can conclude that a television is the best partner of a housewife.

job v/s family

We all know that there is a good relationship between job and family, isn't it ? Common answer we get here is , " we work for family". Do you think this is only the relationship b/w job and family? Yes, I accept that is the main relationship but this not only one relationship between job and family.
By now you might have guessed what I want to tell. Yes, here I would express my views towards these two facts.
Most of the people work to lead life happily with family. But I am sorry to say the job has become a reasons for sadness in a family. People are not able to manage their professional and personal life. Isn't it?
Yes, this is the reality and we have to accept it. The main reason for this is we take all our work and work stress to our residents. Because of this we are not able to give time to our families.

We tell proudly that we work for our families but just think for a while what is the use of a job which creates problem in our life. We work for the happiness of our families, our families are not happy with us, and the reason for this is job. I know most of them will agree with this, isn't it ?
Here we can't blame the job. Because it is our necessity. We should find a solution to this. We have solution for every problem. How to tackle this problem? I know most of them have this question.
Everyone knows that time management is the solution for this. Here one more question raises how to manage time? This question can be answered by ourselves. How?
Sit for a while & think of all your work alot time according to your comfort and follow it. Here we have another question what if we get an emergency assignment? Prepare your schedule in such a way that you get time for it too.
This should be prepared by yourself because it should be according to your comfort else it will be useless .
Follow your schedule. I can ensure you that you Will lead a happy life with happy family and job. This will change your life and from then your statement will be "I work for my happiness and my family is happy with my work".

Renault- Nissan

Renault–Nissan Alliance is a strategic Franco-Japanese partnership between automobile manufacturers Renault, based in Paris, France, and Nissan, based in Yokohama, Japan, which together sell more than one in 10 cars worldwide. The companies, which have been strategic partners since 1999, have nearly 450,000 employees and control eight major brands: RenaultNissanInfinitiRenault Samsung MotorsDaciaDatsunVenucia and Lada. The car group sold 8.3 million cars worldwide in 2013, behind ToyotaGeneral Motors, and Volkswagen for total volume. The strategic partnership between Renault and Nissan is not a merger or an acquisition. The two companies are joined together through a cross-shareholding agreement.
The Alliance is a strategic partnership based on the rationale that, due to substantial cross-shareholding investments, each company acts in the financial interest of the other—while maintaining individual brand identities and independent corporate cultures. Renault currently has a 43.4 percent (fully voting) stake in Nissan, and Nissan holds a 15 percent (non-voting) stake in Renault effectively giving Renault control. Although more companies have adopted such an arrangement, it remains controversial. Some business journalists have speculated that the companies should be joined in a conventional merger in order to make a "bold" move, while other interested parties have said that the companies should separate.
The Renault–Nissan Alliance began March 27, 1999. At the time, the auto industry was in a period of rapid consolidation. At the time it was created, Renault bought 36.8 percent of Nissan's outstanding stock, and Nissan vowed to buy into Renault when it was financially able. In 2001, after the company's turnaround from near-bankruptcy, Nissan bought a 15 percent stake in Renault, which in turn increased its stake in Nissan to 44.4 percent. In 2002, the Alliance created the Renault–Nissan BV (RNBV), a strategic management company to oversee areas such as corporate governance between the two companies. Based in Amsterdam, it is owned 50/50 by Renault and Nissan and provides a neutral location for the Alliance to exchange ideas, build strategy and help leverage the maximum synergies between the two companies.
These two companies stood different from other automobile companies. This two companies jointly called as the sister companies. In spite of have a competitive relationship in the market, they have strong management strategies. In the modern business era the companies are rivals but these two companies became a role model for rest of the companies by helping each other in their difficult situation.
This what relations means. These companies are share their models, technology and many more to make it different from others. They launch same model in two differ names with slit difference with is affordable by the people.
I would conclude this article by saying working together and maintaining good relationship will help us in facing all the problems in the world. As we all know sisters are the best friends in spite of fighting like dog and cats. In the same way Renault and Nissan fight in the market for its sales but the profit earned will be shared by both the companies

Chicken Sukka

Chicken sukka is one of the most popular Mangalorean dish. It is made by various communities in Mangalore though there are slight variations in the degree of spiciness. Chicken sukka is nothing but a dry dish made using several spices ground into a perfect masala and mixed with grated coconut.

The authentic way of preparing chicken sukka involves roasting of dried spices, and grinding this to form a fine paste and grating the coconut and allowing the chicken to cook in this spicy mixture.the roasted spices mix and the grated coconut add the yum factor to the dish.

Though chicken sukka is prepared at home as a Sunday dish it was once one of the main items in Christian Roce and wedding functions. Chicken sukka smells divine because of the roasted spices and the coconut. It tastes awesome whether you eat it with rice, neer dosa, dosa or chapati.
